Just heard from the editor that the book passed the editorial phase and is ready for copy editing. Based on the information I have, the copy editing should start early next week.

Eagerly waiting to see it printed. (The book will be also available as a FREE PDF download). After the latest edits by the editor (which cut short a few places), the current version of the book has 407 pages and 90,858 words.
