Visual Studio 2010 - Pinned data tips to assist while debugging data

While debugging code, we wants to see the variable data to be always visible, i.e. pin to solution, even when execution is away from the variable. In this scenario, Visual Studio 2010 provides variables data to be pinned.

While debugging, select the variable and click on the pin icon as show in below diagram.

I know a usecase where I can use this feature rightaway
I may use this sometime in the future
Interesting feature, but not my area of expertise
I dont think this feature adds any "real" value

The best part about data tips is that it's so easy to work with them - pin them, move them round and comment them! So much better than having to have a heap of objects/variables piled up in the watch window. I use them daily and am actively looking forward to using them with SQL Server 2012 SSMS (which uses the same shell as VS2010).
