Visual Studio 2010 - Extension Manager to install/uninstall extensions available in online

Visual Studio 2010 also now includes a built-in “Extension Manager” within the IDE that makes it much easier for developers to find, download, and enable extensions online.

Go to Tools -> Extension Manager

Which shows already installed extensions. You can uninstall/disable those extensions. In "Online" section, you can find all available extensions in Online. You can select any of those. VS automatically downloads and install those extensions for you.
