I tried submitting a new bug, but I was redirected to another page (http://beyondrelational.com/modules/23/pages/362/bugs/0/new.aspx?ts=9&bs=8) and it says "You are not authorized to create a new post.". Does it require any specific permissions to log bugs ?

You found a bug in the bugs module :-). It was an internal issue with the permissions and I have fixed it. No special permission required to submit bugs or request features. Please take another look.

Oh boy....a bug in the bugs module :) - it can't get any better than this for a Sunday evening...
@Jacob - Thanks for looking into it. I was able to submit the bug successfully this time. On another note, I was going to suggest on the label "Request New Bug" but now I see it has been updated to "Report New Bug" which is pretty much same as what I was gonna suggest :)
