The challenge is to find the employees with the second highest salary in each department. However, it is a little more complicated because if two employees have the same salary, you need to list both of them.

    Using RANK with Partition

    RANK with Partition has been used as the approach for this solution. In this the SalaryRank = 2 will return second highest and SalaryRank = 1 will return the highest of all for each department....
