Now that we have our three circles, let's place them on our page to make them look like this:

STEP 1:
Next click the layer of on the middle circle, right click and go to Blending Options

Set stroke to 15PX, Position Outside, Blend Mode to normal and it's Opacity at 100%. Also, make sure it's color is white.

STEP 2:
Now click on the layer we just added a stroke too in the layers panel, and set it's blend mode to Multiply.

We should now have the circles looking like this so far:

Next, click the layer of the bottom circle and add the same stroke as we did before, but leave it's blending mode.
STEP 3:
We're going to use one of our resources we have collected to add a grungy background and make it pop a bit. Go to File > Place and select the image BlueTexture.JPG (the resources that you downloaded in first chapter)
Drag the texture to the top so and go to Edit > Transform > Scale and hold shift, click and drag until it is aligned with the bottom. Make sure to hold shift while you do this so it stays proportional and doesn't stretch.

After you've covered the canvas with this texture, change it's blending mode to multiply, and set it's opacity at 55%. Group the texture into its own group and name it Textures.

Your poster should now look like this:
