Step 1:
To begin, we'll start by creating our three circles. On you Tools panel click on the color square, to bring up your color picker. We're going to use the color #34C8E3 for a nice soft blue color for our circles.

Step 2:
Hold and click the shapes tool until the extended box comes up and select Ellipse tool. Begin to create circles. Hold shift (to keep them proportional) then click and drag on your canvas. Create three circles in sizes from small to big.

You should have something like this:

Step 3:
Rename your three layers. Double click on each layer and rename them to Circle 1, Circle 2, Circle 3 They should like like this

Step 4:
Group your circles together. This helps ensure you keep your items organized which is extremely important. When working on big projects, you can get lost in your layers and it makes your job harder when if you have to go back and fix something.
To group them, hold shift and click the top, and bottom layer which should select them. After they are selected, click on the folder like icon circle in red to group them. Double click the Group 1 layer and rename it to Circles. You'll notice after you have done that you can see the folder, with an arrow pointing down showing these three layers inside it. You can click the arrow to show and hide them.
