OUTPUT clause in INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE statements

While update,Delete,Insert, if need to send modified/deleted records information back to caller(asp.net or any other client for that matter), use OUTPUT clause in query as follows.

DELETE dbo.TableName OUTPUT DELETED.*;
