This is what I know: where does it go? In the past - it was deleted. [source: http://blog.rightscale.com/2012/03/12/big-data-big-pain-or-big-profits/] How does it generate data - short answer: Sensor Networks. 24 Engines x 10 TB each (even I am as curious as you all to see what kind of data makes up that 10 TB!)
