In Sharepoint, while creating feedback survey, its not possible to create a calculated column. A calculated column can be added to list. But same can't be added to a feedback survey. However, in reality navigational link to create calculated columns is hidden by microsoft sharepoint guys..

Once you created a calculated column from site columns gallery, you can add it to the survey website by using a small hack.

  1. Go to Survey website and click on "Survey Settings"
  2. URL of the new page will comes in below format.

    http://servername/sites/sitename/_layouts/survedit.aspx?List=%7BC276BD0B%2D15BF%2D4E44%2D856C%2DBA2C9824B269%7D
