Always see NullReference exception in designer with Silverlight application when create new application

Today I just creating new project on my machine using Visual stidio 2010 with silverlight 4.0 after creating project i got NullReference exception in xaml designer error. I thought something is wrong when creating y=this project so delete and create new project then also same error occur so start to digging on net and i got solution.

I my machine standard version of silverlight is install that case it create problem so i simple uninstall standard version of silverlight and install Silverlight developer run time for silverlight and it solve my problem.
