I just got started with Windows 8 on my laptop without touch and the most difficult part is how to close an app in Metro. The answer is simple ALT + F4. Or you could drag the app from the top bar all the way to the bottom to close it ( not too good)....

Nirav this is interesting, however not completly correct.
If you try to insert records to the DB using TSQL using the below queries it will work.

We all use expressions while working with SSIS and most of us know that SSIS is Case Sensitive in many aspects like for instance, Lookup Operation is Case Sensitive. But do we all know if the text inside the expressions is Case Sensitive?

Be careful when using SSIS, especially in expressions and Lookups, they are all casesensitive....
