What I would say is that this is fine for creating controls on clicks, however with databinding it doesnt. This was not specificed in the question tho.....

Thats an interesting answer but it doesnt really that doesnt show how to persist its data Additionally what happens if you have more complex controls than a textbox say for example a user control?...
