When today i was working on File upload control, I found this error. From A quick google search, i understood that its the problem of permissions issue.
By giving permissions to the folder,I am able to solve this error.

Today i have learned one more thing. How to Kill all open processes against SQL Server Database using with Activity Monitor. Steps are:
1. Go to Activity Monitor
2. Select specific Database
3 .Right click on the database
4. Kill the process......

One more enhancement i found with Query Editor of SQL Server 2011, we can trace the query with specific current session in SQL Server Profiler. For that just need to right click in Query Editor and you can find the option Trace Query in SQL Server Profi...
