1. Created an Row number for each records
2. used recursive Query to loop through each record based on Row # and used case statement to find the Block # and Row in block #.

1. Used the Rnk Function to arrange the supplier in a rank based on the Expiry data
2. calculated the Expiry date range for supplies
3. For each Expiry range, got teh requested quantity sum and deleted the same from supply
4. now recalucalated again ,so

is this Scenario Possible,
Interval Date is Null for an ID with Interval = 1
Example :
INSERT INTO TC75(ID,Interval,IntervalDate)
